Welcome to TCCBooksNetwork, a online community based marketplace to share, sell, buy and gift physical books with ease and peace of mind. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TCCBooksNetwork platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

What TCCBooksNetwork Does

TCCBooksNetwork is a platform that connects individuals from the community who want to Sell, Share or Gift physical books with individuals from within the community who want it. TCCBooksNetwork acts only as a facilitator for people within the community to come together and take their first step towards sustainable future.

Who Can Use TCCBooksNetwork

To use TCCBooksNetwork, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.

Creating an Account

To use TCCBooksNetwork, you must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must inform us immediately. Each user may maintain only one account.

Listing Book on TCCBooksNetwork

By listing your books on TCCBooksNetwork, you comply to the following –

• Ownership – I am the sole and rightful owner of the book I am sharing or selling or gifting. The book is free from any claims, disputes, or encumbrances and is not stolen, counterfeit, restricted, or prohibited under law.
• Condition & Accuracy – All details I have provided about the book (Name, Author, Condition, etc.) are true, complete, and accurate.
• Lawful Sales – For Books listed for sale, I confirm that my sale is lawful and does not involve counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or unsafe items.
• Security – TCCBooksNetwork is just a platform to connect 2 individuals, within the known community, who are interested in doing a transaction. Known community is Your housing Society or Your locality / Area, Your School or College or University, Your Organization or Company or Factory. Platform relies on User entered data to show the Books available within the User Communities. Ensuring Security during the actual process of Book sharing or selling or gifting is individual’s responsibility.

Borrowing using TCCBooksNetwork

By borrowing a book using TCCBooksNetwork, you comply to the following –

• Ownership – Book ownership lies with the Lender. I agree to return the book to the lender on or before the agreed date and time.
• Condition – I agree to return the book in the same condition that I it was at the time of Borrowing it from the lender.
• Security – TCCBooksNetwork is just a platform to connect 2 individuals, within the known community, who are interested in doing a transaction. Known community is Your housing Society or Your locality / Area, Your School or College or University, Your Organization or Company or Factory. Platform relies on User entered data to show the Books available within the User Communities. Ensuring Security during the actual process of Book sharing or selling or gifting is individual’s responsibility.

Buying using TCCBooksNetwork

By buying a book using TCCBooksNetwork, you comply to the following –

• Role in the Transaction – TCCBooksNetwork is just a platform to connect 2 individuals, within the known community, who are interested in doing a transaction. Known community is Your housing Society or Your locality / Area, Your School or College or University, Your Organization or Company or Factory. Platform does not facilitate the actual Sale transaction between two parties online. It expects the financial arrangement and dealing to happen offline and in person to avoid any conflicts later.
• Condition – As a Buyer, I will check the book and its condition before buying it from the seller.  
• Security – TCCBooksNetwork is just a platform to connect 2 individuals, within the known community, who are interested in doing a transaction. Known community is Your housing Society or Your locality / Area, Your School or College or University, Your Organization or Company or Factory. Platform relies on User entered data to show the Books available within the User Communities. Ensuring Security during the actual process of Book sharing or selling or gifting is individual’s responsibility.

Prohibited Items

You may not list, sell, or attempt to buy books with any of the following on TCCBooksNetwork:

• Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit items
• Adult

TCCBooksNetwork reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules and take appropriate action against the user.

Respecting the Platform

All users are expected to behave responsibly and ethically while using TCCBooksNetwork. You must not provide false information, mislead other users, attempt fraud, tamper with the platform, or harass any user. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Legal Disclaimer & Liability

TCCBooksNetwork acts only as a facilitator. We do not own or sell the books listed on the platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of every listing, delays in returning borrowed books, or disputes that arise between users. We are not liable for any financial transactions that happen outside the platform.

Account Termination

You may request to close your account at any time. TCCBooksNetwork also reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or receives repeated complaints.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. If we make significant changes, we will notify users. By continuing to use TCCBooksNetwork after such updates, you accept the revised Terms.
